STANDARD ORDERS

Trivets - You're trivets will be shipped to you in 1-3 days of order date via USPS Ground Advantage.

Unlimited Wall Art - Your art will be shipped directly to you within 1-2 weeks of order date via UPS Ground.

Limited Wall Art - Your art will be shipped directly to you within 2-3 weeks of order date via UPS Ground.

RETURN POLICY (non-custom orders)

Did what you receive not meet your expectations? We have great news for you! You can request a return* within 14 days of receiving the item. Customer will be responsible for return packing, shipping and insurance costs. Your refund will be processed within 5 days of the return received by Katy Tiles. All returns must be returned in original condition and undamaged for a return to qualify for a refund.

CUSTOM/COMMISSIONED ORDERS

Shipping time and cost will vary on custom/commissioned orders. Details will be included in your custom quote.

Custom order products are made to order therefore all sales are final. We do not except returns or exchanges on custom orders.
